Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch pan.
Mix dry ingredients: whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and lemon zest.
Alternate adding sour cream, dry ingredients, and milk; fold in blackberries.
Pour batter into pan, bake 35–40 minutes. Cool and drizzle with glaze.
