Instructions
Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry chicken in oil until browned; set aside.
Sauté onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Return chicken, add soy, oyster sauces, sugar; stir to coat.
Mix cornstarch with water, add to skillet, cook until thickened.
Cook until chicken is tender, then garnish with green onions.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
