Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 500 g boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt to taste salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Garnish

  • Green onions for garnish, chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with black pepper and salt for 15 minutes.
  • Stir-fry chicken in oil until browned; set aside.
  • Sauté onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Return chicken, add soy, oyster sauces, sugar; stir to coat.
  • Mix cornstarch with water, add to skillet, cook until thickened.
  • Cook until chicken is tender, then garnish with green onions.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
