Instructions
Place diced tomatoes, garlic, bay leaves, and water in a saucepan; simmer over medium-high heat.
Stir in cayenne, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme; simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Add black beans; simmer covered for 5 minutes; remove bay leaves.
Stir in peanut butter until fully dissolved; cook until warmed through.
Season with salt and black pepper; serve garnished with cilantro.
Notes
