Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage in butter until browned. Drain excess grease.
Arrange biscuit pieces in the baking dish, then add sausage mixture.
Mix eggs, milk, and oregano; pour over the sausage.
Sprinkle cheese and pour gravy over the top.
Bake until golden brown and set. Serve warm.
Notes
For an extra flavorful dish, use homemade country gravy instead of store-bought.
