Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage and onion in butter until browned. Drain excess grease.
Arrange biscuit pieces in the baking dish, then add sausage mixture.
Mix eggs, milk, and oregano; pour over the sausage.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown and set.
Serve warm.
Notes
