Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325°F and prepare two bread pans by buttering and flouring them.
Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine the banana mixture with the creamed butter and sugar. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients and sour cream to the wet mixture, alternating until well combined.
