Chocolate and Peanut Butter Layer

Instructions
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt butter and brown sugar, stir in vanilla, then mix in oats.
Press half of the oat mixture into the dish; set aside the rest.
Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips, then spread over the crust.
Top with remaining oats, drizzle with reserved chocolate, then refrigerate until firm.
