Ingredients
  

Butter and Sugar Mixture

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Oats

  • 3 cups rolled oats

Chocolate and Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and brown sugar, stir in vanilla, then mix in oats.
  • Press half of the oat mixture into the dish; set aside the rest.
  • Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips, then spread over the crust.
  • Top with remaining oats, drizzle with reserved chocolate, then refrigerate until firm.
