½cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through; slice into strips.
In a pan, combine honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes; cook until slightly thickened.
Add heavy cream to the sauce, then stir in cooked chicken and pasta. Mix well.
Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
