Instructions
Add oats, cocoa powder, and salt to a pan over medium heat. Mix well.
Pour in milk, add maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Divide into bowls, top with chocolate and desired toppings. Serve fresh.
Notes
This oatmeal thickens as it cools, so reheat with a splash of water or non-dairy milk if needed.
