Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x5 inch loaf pan.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs, sour cream, bananas, and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients until combined. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For the best flavor, use very ripe bananas with brown spots.
