Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons almond slivers
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, almond milk, vanilla, chia seeds (if using), honey, and salt in a jar or bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
  • Stir gently in the morning; add more almond milk if needed.
  • Top with berries and almond slivers before serving.
