Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion and garlic until soft.
Add beef, cook until browned, then season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
Mix in cooked pasta, then stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
