beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

olive oil
Vegetables

bell peppers, chopped (any color)

zucchini, sliced

fresh garlic, minced
Sauce & Seasonings

unsalted butter

tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce

low-sodium chicken broth

brown sugar

tsp
dried oregano

cornstarch mixed with water
Pepper

Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned, then remove.
Add bell peppers and zucchini; sauté until slightly softened. Stir in garlic.
Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and oregano; stir well.
Add cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
Return beef to skillet, mix everything, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs or serve over rice.
