Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 10 oz beef steak thinly sliced against the grain
  • 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 piece bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 piece carrot julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional, for heat
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water for thickening
  • 2 tbsp water for slurry

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef thinly against the grain and chop vegetables. Cook noodles according to package, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
  • Whisk soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes; mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef 1-2 minutes per side, then remove. Stir-fry garlic and ginger, then add vegetables; cook 3-4 minutes.
  • Return beef to pan, add sauce, simmer 1 minute, then stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken. Add noodles, toss to combine, cook 2 more minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or additional green onions.
