Instructions
Slice beef thinly against the grain and chop vegetables. Cook noodles according to package, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes; mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear beef 1-2 minutes per side, then remove. Stir-fry garlic and ginger, then add vegetables; cook 3-4 minutes.
Return beef to pan, add sauce, simmer 1 minute, then stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken. Add noodles, toss to combine, cook 2 more minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or additional green onions.
