Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and sliced onions; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return beef to the pan, add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth; toss to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Finish with sesame oil (if using), sugar, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce and gluten-free noodles.
