Instructions
Dice all vegetables and set aside.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet, then add vegetables and spices. Cook until tender.
Pour in broth and soy sauce, simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
Return beef to skillet, stir to combine, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
