Instructions
Dice onion, mince garlic, slice bell peppers, and cook rice if needed.
Cook ground beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned (6–8 min), season lightly.
Push beef aside, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant (1–2 min), then combine.
Add bell peppers and cook for 4–5 min until tender.
Stir in tomato paste, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using; cook 2 min.
Add cooked rice, stir, and cook 2–3 min to meld flavors. Serve hot with toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add hot sauce or red pepper flakes to taste.
