Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb US Wellness Meats Stir Fry Beef
  • 1 red pepper sliced red pepper
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Mix soy sauce, water, ginger, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the sauce.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and red pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry and add to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean beef and reduce the soy sauce amount.
