Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced beef until browned and cooked through.
Stir in BBQ sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assemble the wraps by layering beef, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on each tortilla. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, cut in half if desired, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
