Instructions
Combine chicken, oil, and seasonings in a bowl, tossing to coat evenly.
Thread chicken onto skewers, filling 1/2 to 3/4 of each skewer.
Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice for Bang Bang sauce.
Brush half the sauce over chicken and reserve the rest for later.
Grill over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pat dry the chicken before seasoning. Adjust Sriracha for desired heat level.
