Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Wet ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just mixed. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  • Scoop 1/4 cup batter onto hot skillet; cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until browned.

For extra flavor, top with sliced bananas or a drizzle of honey.
