  • 3 pieces Bananas ripe
  • 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs.
  • Add oats, flour, baking soda, and baking powder; stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

You can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruit for variation.
