Instructions
Combine pistachios, walnuts, almond flour, cinnamon, lime zest, salt, and maple syrup in a bowl for the nut topping.
Mix oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, lime zest, vanilla, yogurt, and milk in a mason jar or bowl.
Spoon the nut topping over the oats layer evenly.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
Top with fresh fruits in the morning.
Enjoy chilled or let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Notes
For added sweetness, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
