Ingredients
  

Spinach

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (defrosted) drained and dried
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
  • Defrost and drain spinach thoroughly, then mix with cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, and parmesan to the mixture. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake 3-5 minutes until melted. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ensure spinach is well drained to prevent excess moisture.
