  • 2 pcs Fresh lemons (juice and zest) Juice and zest
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme and rosemary chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
