Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to make the huli huli sauce.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chicken thighs. Bake for 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with steamed vegetables or rice and enjoy!
