3tablespoonsmayonnaise
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
1/2poundthinly-sliced deli ham (such as Black Forest)
1/4pounddeli-sliced sharp cheddar cheese
1/4pounddeli-sliced Swiss cheese
4tablespoonsunsalted butter (melted)
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1-1/2teaspoonspoppy seeds
1/2teaspoononion powder
pinchkosher salt (if needed)
Instructions
Stir together mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
Slice the slider buns in half and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Broil for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a prepared baking dish and spread with the Dijon-mayo mixture.
Layer the cheeses and ham on the bottom halves. Spread the remaining Dijon-mayo on the top halves and place them on top.
Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and salt. Pour over the sliders and bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 5-10 minutes until golden.
Notes
Let the sliders stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
