Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a dish, place feta in center, and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle spice mixture over the feta and veggies.
Bake for 25 minutes, stir in spinach, create wells, and crack eggs into them.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes and top with fresh herbs.
Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
