Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press into muffin cups.
Place a brie cube in each pastry, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a touch of honey to the cranberry sauce.
