Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Cheese

  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped optional crunch

Garnish

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish optional flair

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press into muffin cups.
  • Place a brie cube in each pastry, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a touch of honey to the cranberry sauce.
