Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and dot with butter.
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat wings fully in flour mixture and place on the baking sheet, spacing evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes, then flip wings and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve hot with dipping sauce and optional parsley.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
