  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons water (adjust for consistency)

Instructions
 

  • Dice apples, toss with cinnamon and sugar, and set aside.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Beat egg, then mix in milk and vanilla until smooth.
