  • 0.25 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice from half a lemon
  • 2 optional eggs for 2 servings

Instructions
 

  • Halve the avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash the avocado, then mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook eggs in a skillet until whites are set and yolks are runny.
  • Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread mashed avocado on toast, top with an egg, and add optional toppings.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
