Bread

  • 80 g whole-grain bread

Avocado

  • 150 g ripe avocado

Eggs

  • 2 large large eggs

Olive Oil

  • 15 ml olive oil

Salt

  • to taste Salt

Black Pepper

  • to taste Black pepper

Optional Flavors

  • chili flakes or lemon juice chili flakes or lemon juice for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork, add salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook eggs to your preference.
  • Spread mashed avocado on toast, top with cooked eggs, and sprinkle chili flakes if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or chili flakes.
