Instructions
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and chop.
Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chilli flakes.
Mix chopped eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Toast bread slices lightly.
Spread avocado on bread, add egg-mayo, lettuce, and tomato, then top with another bread slice.
Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
