  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 0.5 lemon lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • a pinch optional sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the avocado into your blender.
  • Add cucumber, spinach, lemon juice, and chia seeds.
  • Pour in water or coconut water, add sea salt if desired, then blend until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency if needed, then serve immediately.

Notes

For a thinner juice, add more water.
