Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Brown sugar

Salad

  • 2 16-oz bags Shredded coleslaw mix
  • 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Wonton strips
  • 3 Green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Toss salad ingredients with dressing and serve immediately, garnished with green onions and wonton strips.

Notes

For extra crunch, add toasted sesame seeds.
