Instructions
Slice the apple thinly and set aside.
Melt butter in a pan, add apple slices, cinnamon, ginger, and honey. Saute for 6-7 minutes until soft and browned.
Toast the bread slices and spread peanut butter on each.
Top the peanut butter with the cooked apple slices.
Drizzle with extra honey and sprinkle cinnamon. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, toast the bread longer or add nuts on top.
