  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 dates dates presoaked in hot water for about 10 min
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ΒΌ cup oats 30g
  • 1 cup plant milk 230ml
  • Pinch pinch cinnamon
