A quick and delicious treat combining warm cinnamon apples on toasted bread topped with yogurt and almond butter.

Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 4 pieces apples diced
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small lemon juiced
  • 3-4 tbsp water as needed
  • 1 slice of bread toasted
  • 3-4 tbsp plain yogurt

Cinnamon apples

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook diced apples with cinnamon, lemon juice, and water until soft.
  • Toast the bread slice until golden.
  • Spread almond butter on the toasted bread.
  • Top the toast with warm cinnamon apples and a dollop of yogurt.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
