Ingredients
  

Fruits and Spices

  • 4 pieces apples diced
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small lemon juiced
  • 3-4 tbsp water as needed

Bread and Toppings

  • 1 slice bread toasted
  • 3-4 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook diced apples with cinnamon, lemon juice, and water until soft.
  • Spread almond butter on toasted bread.
  • Top the toast with warm cinnamon apples and plain yogurt.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
