Ingredients
  

Base

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.25 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup diced apple (about ½ medium apple)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 cup diced apple
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • to taste for drizzling pure maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, cottage cheese, and apple cider in a jar.
  • Add almond butter, chia seeds, diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with diced apple, walnuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
