Apple Mixture

Instructions
Peel, grate apples, toss with lemon juice and brown sugar. Set aside.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately. Combine and fold in apple mixture.
Heat a buttered skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
Stack pancakes, serve with butter and maple syrup.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
