  • 1 large apple, diced any variety
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 cup granola

Nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice the apple into small cubes.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with ground cinnamon and honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Layer yogurt, diced apples, and granola in a glass or bowl; repeat layers.
  • Top with extra apple slices, nuts, or cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes
