Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter vegetable oil works too
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medium or large apple, grated

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry, then fold in grated apple.
  • Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease.
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve with toppings like cinnamon, powdered sugar, or syrup.

Notes
