Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits

Ingredients
  

Dairy

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Fruits

  • 1 medium crisp apple (honeycrisp, gala, or pink lady) cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Toppings

  • Additional to taste honey and cinnamon for topping

Instructions
 

  • Layer diced apples at the bottom of glasses.
  • Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Add 1/3 of the yogurt over apples, then repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  • Top with applesauce, remaining yogurt, and apples. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
