Ingredients
  

Dried ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ tbsp baking powder (gluten free)
  • cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup diced fresh apple (use your favorite kind!)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
  • Pour mixture into a lined 8×8 baking pan.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool, slice into bars, and serve with optional toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
