Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
Pour mixture into a lined 8×8 baking pan.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, slice into bars, and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
