Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs room temperature

Apple Topping

  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 2 teaspoons heavy cream room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, dust with powdered sugar or serve with a caramel glaze.
