Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 medium red apple of your choice
  • 1 small ripe banana sliced and frozen overnight

Dairy & Nuts

  • 0.25 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon fall spices of your choice (cinnamon, chai spice, pumpkin pie spice, or apple pie spice)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until combined.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy cold.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen banana or yogurt.
