about 6 oz each, 1 inch thick

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoons
unsalted butter
4
cloves
garlic
minced

fresh parsley
chopped

lemon juice
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Pat tuna dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear tuna for 1-2 minutes per side for rare.
Remove tuna and add butter and garlic to skillet.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then return tuna to skillet.
Spoon sauce over tuna and serve immediately.
