Instructions
Mix flour and salt; cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
Add ice water gradually, mix until dough forms, then chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough into a 12-inch circle and transfer to a baking sheet.
Mix blackberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; spoon onto dough center.
Fold edges over filling, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with turbinado sugar, and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
